What helps us respond quickly
It helps if you can tell us the material and the approximate tonnage, the asset or plant involved, the stage of the project, the decision you need to make and its deadline, and who else is involved, such as lenders, funders or contractors. A short description is enough for the first contact.
What happens next
We reply within two working days and, if the question fits our work, propose a thirty-minute scoping call. After the call we send a written scope with deliverables, timetable and fee. If the question is outside our field, we will say so and, where we can, suggest who might help.
Confidentiality
Everything you send us is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share project documents, and our entry reviews are carried out under a non-disclosure agreement as standard.
